Empire RPE was born out of the mutual desire of 3 respected property professionals to fill the growing demand from astute institutional and private shopping centre landlords looking for high-quality strategic leasing solutions and asset planning without the burden of recruitment and retention normally associated with top tier leasing and development executives.
In October 2018 Empire Retail Property Experts was launched with Miles Stewart, Scott Bollard and David Fairbairn combining to deliver a full spectrum leasing platform for its seed clients Abacus Property Group. Fast forward 12 months and the team are at it again bringing success for its various clients.

Scott has enjoyed a 20+year property career specialising in shopping centre leasing and strategic asset planning for both institutional and private clients alike.
Scott's career includes National Leasing Manager for Abacus Property Group, Regional Leasing Manager for Charter Hall,
Leasing Executive for Stockwell Property Management as well as Leasing Consultant for PRD Realty Surfers Paradise/Colliers International.
David brings with him over 15 years of experience in Leasing representing both Landlords and Tenants, including the strategic project and static leasing for both Abacus Property Group and Charter Hall’s shopping centres portfolios.
David also has extensive experience working with tenants previously representing Donut King and Brumby's Bakery as well as negotiating for Suncorp Group on their retail portfolio nationally.
Prior to Miles being appointed CEO of Triathlon Australia; he held the role of Head of Leasing for Charter Hall, a $14.5 billion property funds management business looking after all facets of their Retail Shopping Centre Leasing & Delivery platform. This included shopping centre acquisition due diligence, development feasibilities,
lease administration, tenancy delivery, and leasing. Miles also had an extremely successful career as an elite athlete in the sport of triathlon, achieving two World Championships, numerous ITU World Cup wins and a Commonwealth Games silver medal in Manchester in 2002. He had the honour of being the first Australian home in the men’s event at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games, finishing sixth overall. In 2009 he was an inaugural inductee into the Triathlon Australia Hall of Fame.
