The Empire



Empire Property Partners is a licenced boutique Real Estate Agency specialising in retail and commercial property. 


We apply a unique bespoke agency and institutional lens to all aspects of our retail and office property services, including asset management, master planning, project leasing, static leasing and tenancy delivery. 


We also have a deep understanding of the detail and strategic approach required for effective planning, leasing, fitout delivery and management of retail shopping centres, high street retail and F&B precincts, as well as the dynamic fundamentals involved in office asset management and leasing.  


Based in South East QLD; the EMPIRE PP Team operate Australia wide while providing its clients with the unique opportunity to access and leverage more than 50 years of combined institutional, landlord, tenant and agency expertise coupled with the added expertise of Empire PP's strategic partnerships.  


Empire PP was born out of the mutual desire of 3 respected property professionals to fill the growing demand from astute institutional and private shopping centre landlords looking for high-quality strategic leasing and tenancy delivery solutions as well as asset planning without the burden of recruitment and retention normally associated with top tier executives.

 

In October 2018 Empire Retail Property Experts was launched combining industry proven results, experience and a 'best in market' approach for its clients in delivering a full spectrum leasing and tenancy delivery platform. David Fairbairn and Scott Bollard have most recently provided 6 years of strategic leasing and asset management solutions for its seed clients Abacus Group, with David as National Leasing Manager and Scott as Senior Portfolio Manager respectively. Having rebranded to Empire Property Partners in 2024; the Empire PP team as a whole continue to provide top-tier specialist services and property success for its clients.

David's career includes National Leasing Manager for the Abacus Group's  shopping centre portfolio, as well as the leasing of Charter Hall’s shopping centre portfolio.  

David also has extensive experience working with tenants previously representing  Donut King and Brumby's Bakery as well as negotiating for Suncorp Group on their retail portfolio nationally.

This includes more than 4 years  specialising in retail shopping centre leasing, and over 5 years as a Casual Mall Leasing Executive for various companies.

Shay joins the Empire PP Team from the Ray White Surfers Paradise Group and brings with him over 10 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. Shay previously held property roles with Fawkner Property, Stockland, Vinta Group, Westfield, and various others.
